GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Thank you for shopping at Neurone South & Central Florida. We ship our products from Miami, Florida. Below you’ll find all the information you need about processing times, shipping options, and delivery.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping options and transit times (continental U.S.)
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days from shipment.
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days from shipment.
- Overnight shipping: 1 business day from shipment (available for orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address.
Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may be subject to additional transit times and different shipping costs, calculated at checkout.
International shipping
We currently only ship within the United States and its territories.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Shipping delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@neuronescflorida.com.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if you receive a damaged package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
