Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take to South & Central Florida?
Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation. We operate out of Hollywood, FL, so most deliveries in the region fall within that range. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
When does free shipping apply?
Free shipping on all orders of $75 or more. No codes. No additional conditions. Your cart total automatically determines eligibility at checkout.
Do you ship outside Florida?
We are currently exclusive distributors for South & Central Florida. Shipping is available within this area. If you’re in another region and interested, contact us — we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@neuronescflorida.com with a photo of the product and the packaging. We handle it directly — replacement or refund depending on the case.
Products
Are these the same products used in professional salons?
Yes. Neurone South & Central Florida distributes the same formulas at the same concentrations used in the top salons in the region — including Vizos Salon, Patricia Osorio’s Miami salon, where every product in the catalog is tested before being made available. There is no watered-down consumer version.
How do I know which line is right for my hair type?
Each collection has a specific focus: Moisture for deep hydration, Restore for damaged or chemically treated hair, Scalp for reactive scalp, Styling for finishes without cumulative damage, Color Rescue for color-treated hair, and Serums for intensive treatment. If you’re unsure, write to us — Patricia answers directly.
What is Hair Tribology?
It’s the science that studies friction in hair fibers. Neurone formulas act on three levels: strand-to-strand, hair-to-tools, and within the internal membranes of the fiber. You can read more on our Science page.
Are the products Cruelty Free?
Yes. Neurone Cosmética does not test on animals. Packaging is 100% recyclable.
Can they be used on color-treated or chemically processed hair?
Yes. The Color Rescue line is formulated specifically for color-treated hair. The rest of the lines are compatible with color and chemical treatments in general — if you have a very specific protocol, consult us first.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to request a return. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it — unopened, in its original packaging. To start the process: hello@neuronescflorida.com. Read the full policy.
Can I return a product I’ve already used?
Opened personal care products are not eligible for standard returns. If the product caused an adverse reaction or showed a defect, contact us — we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

Why isn’t Neurone on Amazon?
Because selective distribution ensures the product arrives in the right condition and that customers have access to real guidance. An anonymous shopping cart can’t tell you which line you need. Patricia can.
Who is Patricia Osorio?
Patricia is the founder of Neurone South & Central Florida and has over 20 years in the beauty industry in South Florida. She runs Vizos Salon in Miami, the Vizos Cosmetics line, and the Patricia Osorio Conectando platform for Latina entrepreneurs. Read more on our About page.
