Well-hydrated hair doesn't soak up moisture from the air, which is why hydration is the first defense against frizz in Florida.
Quick mode: after shampooing, work through mid-lengths and ends, massage, and rinse after 1–2 minutes. Treatment mode: on clean, damp hair, start where the damage is worst and leave it on 15–20 minutes before rinsing.
